What is caviar?
At its simplest, caviar is salt-cured sturgeon roe.

Kaluga caviar comes from the Kaluga sturgeon, the closest relative of the Beluga. Both belong to the genus Huso, and the family resemblance is unmistakable. Kaluga produces impressively large pearls with a velvety texture, buttery richness and a refined flavor profile, earning it the name "River Beluga."

For optimal freshness, keep refrigerated at 32°F-39°F (0°C-4°C). Unopened, caviar may be stored for up to 6 weeks. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 48 hours.
FedEx Priority Overnight shipping within the continental United States is $39 per shipment, including Caviar Club deliveries.
All caviar orders are carefully packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures for up to 48 hours.
We ship caviar via FedEx Priority Overnight Monday through Thursday. We do not ship caviar Friday through Sunday to minimize the risk of perishable shipments being held in transit over the weekend.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occur.
If you require caviar for a specific date, please order so delivery is expected at least 2–3 days in advance. Requested delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to honor them.
Because caviar is perishable, please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment and refrigerate it promptly upon arrival. The Dapper Swede is not responsible for spoilage or deterioration resulting from packages left unattended after delivery, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Upon arrival, refrigerate the caviar immediately at 32–39°F (0–4°C). If your order arrives damaged, unusually warm, or otherwise appears compromised, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and retain the product and all original packaging so we can evaluate the shipment.
